Refund Policy: We at CRYSTALLUS, Inc., the publisher of Accounts Payable Now & Tomorrow, are committed to customer satisfaction and proud to offer a 100% money-back guarantee on its programs. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within five days of program for a full refund of the course. Any materials to be returned must be in new salable condition. Downloaded and/or electronic files do not need to be returned.
Program cancellation: Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the event will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future event. Any credits issued must be used within two calendar years. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the seminar, the full fee is payable. Note: Colleague substitution permitted with no penalty. Receive a 100% refund if you have prepaid and are not completely satisfied with any program.
